How do I submit a discount?

Please be sure to include the business name, discount offered, city and website when submitting an offer.
Once submitted we'll do our best to reach out to the business to verify the offer.
How do I cancel my FAR membership?
Should you feel you no longer wish to be a FAR member you can cancel your membership by accessing your account page here where you will see the option to do so.
Alterntaively you can also recah out to us via our Contact Page here and we can do so on your behalf.
An outlet is not giving the FAR Discount as advertised, what should I do?
As dictated by local municipality law, in cases of dispute you are required to pay the bill before leaving the venue/recieving goods or services.
However, if you think an outlet has not honoured the FAR discount as per the conditions detailed on flightattendantrewards.com, please write to us at our contact page here making sure to attach your receipt from the outlet. In some cases we will contact the venue on your behalf if we agree that there has been a breach of agreement terms.
I've brought someone on my layover, can they avail of the offer?
Each business, outlet or event can outline their own terms and conditions. You need to confirm with the business directly, unless otherwise stated on our website.
